Because digital products can be delivered immediately, purchases are generally final after access or download details are sent, except where required by law or where we choose to provide a refund for a duplicate purchase or technical delivery issue.

If setup review sessions are offered, they may be scheduled through a third-party booking provider such as Cal.com and may use video meeting tools such as Google Meet or Zoom.

If you need to reschedule a setup review, use the booking provider's rescheduling link where available. Missed sessions, late cancellations, and refund requests may be handled according to the booking or payment provider workflow and any policy shown at checkout.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
